PE&C is offering business individual services in the field of Process Engineering and Consulting for enterprises in manufacturing industries. PE&C supports and assists its customers in identifying improvement potentials, creating conceptual designs, evaluating data, selecting and consequently realizing Process and Technology Modifications with intent to achieve quality improvement, capacity increase and/or cost optimization.
To achieve the customer targets PE&C uses established tools from different areas like Project Management (waterfall or agile methods), SixSigma approach (statistical process improvement) and Lean Manufacturing philosophy (waste elimination).
In detail, PE&C services cover the following areas
- Identifying optimization potential by targeted process analysis e.g. using process flow diagrams, SIPOC analysis or capacity calculation
- Creating design concepts for process and technology modifications including cost-benefit evaluation, risk assessment and concrete project planning
- Preparation of Technological Specifications (User Requirements Specification) e.g. For Automation concepts
- Evaluation and Monitoring of Processes using statistical Methods like Process Control Charts (SPC) and Capability Analysis (cpk)
- Realization or assistance during realization of technological projects into the customer production
- Support in creation of internal documents like releases, control plans, process descriptions or quality procedures
- Organization of Methodology Workshops in the fields of Project Management, SixSigma and Lean Manufacturing including preparation, moderation and final evaluation)
- Temporary taking charge of Management tasks
